Five area nonprofit groups can better work toward their goals thanks to another round of competitive grants from the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation. The group announced the recipients of $161,200 in grant money today.
The groups awarded money include the McComb First Presbyterian Church for an adult “English as a second language program,” the Bluffton Lion’s Club to support the extension of a bike path, and Gliding Stars of Findlay to help establish a board of directors and standardize policies. Findlay Hope House and Camp Fire of Northwest Ohio also received grant money.
