Students at Bowling Green State University have a new place to get better when they are sick; and the school has a new way to save money. The Associated Press reports a $5 million facility opened on the edge of the campus this week. It was paid for, and will be run by Wood County Hospital. BGSU officials say the school didn’t have the money to build a new health center so this will be a big benefit to the school and the students.
The health center will serve students, staff, and faculty. It may be open to the public in the future as well.
