An erratic driver caused a crash in Seneca County Monday night that resulted in a man being taken to a Toledo hospital by medical helicopter.  The Advertiser-Tribune reports 52-year-old Jeffery Wise of Tiffin was driving north on State Route 53 near County Road 38 around 8 p.m. when he was forced off the road by an SUV driven by 34-year-old Terry Westerman.  Wise’s vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole after being clipped by Westerman.  The State Patrol reports alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
