Hancock County Authorities Accuse Man Of Making “Terroristic Threat” On Facebook

1/12/17 – 5:19 A.M.

Authorities in Hancock County are accusing a man of using his co-worker’s Facebook page to make terroristic threats. County Prosecutor Phil Riegle tells the Courier 25-year-old Andre White posted the message on January 4 in Findlay. The message allegedly said, “Imma go and be a suicide bomber. Boom bitches. This one is for Allah.”

Riegle says a co-worker of White’s had previously logged into their account on White’s phone. White allegedly used that account to post the message. Riegle did not say where the White worked.

The FBI and the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case. Riegle says law enforcement doesn’t believe there’s a current local threat.
