Owners Of Fostoria Restaurant Charged With Liquor Violations

The owners of a Fostoria restaurant are facing several charges. The Review-Times reports 31-year-old Amber Bowers and 40-year-old Andrew Miller are accused of failing to renew the liquor permits for Los Tacallos. They are charged with permits required, a and keeping a place where intoxicated liquors are sold.

The Ohio Investigative Unit raided the business on May 1. They had received an anonymous tip that the liquor licence had expired. Officers took 451 bottles of beer, 104 partial bottles of liquor and nearly $300 in cash.

Arraignments for Bower and Miller are set for June 5.
