Sentencing Delayed In Findlay Firearm Case

7/18/14 – 7:24 A.M.

A man arrested along with two Findlay murder suspects made a court appearance Thursday. The Courier reports a sentencing hearing for 22-year-old Darius Pullom was pushed back. Pullom has pleaded guilty to carrying a firearm inside a car. He was arrested with the two men accused of killing Joe Gutierrez III last year.

Pullom was in a car with Montre Robinson and Ralph Harris III when they were arrested last November. Police haven’t said if Pullom was with them at the time of the shooting.

Court officials want to make sure Pullom cooperates as witness against Harris and Robinson before his sentencing.
