Lt. Kinn says any vehicle with their four-ways on and parked on the berm should be given a lane and at the very least slow down because you never know what’s going on inside that vehicle. Lt. Kinn experienced a situation first hand as he was investigating a crash along I-75..

Lt. Kinn did not return to uniformed duty for nine months after the accident. You are reminded to give emergency vehicles, ODOT workers, tow trucks or any vehicles with their four-ways on, at least a lane and slow down.
