Shots Fired At BG Waffle House

Shots were fired at the Waffle House in Bowling Green early Sunday morning. The Sentinel-Tribune reports two Toledo men are facing charges as a result.

BG Police Chief Brad Conner tells the newspaper the incident started when the downtown bars were closing. Just before 3 a.m. two groups involved in a fight ran into each other at the Waffle House on East Wooster Street. One man went to his car, got a gun, and allegedly fired shots into the restaurant. No one was hit.

Police arrested 23-year-old Latwaun Griffin of Toledo after BG police caught up to his car on the interstate. 24-year-old Adam Borchardt was arrested for driving the getaway car.
