A Fostoria woman accused of leaving her children home alone for almost five days has pleaded not guilty to two counts of child endangerment. 38-year-old Jacqueline Gibson was arraigned Tuesday morning. She’ll have a pretrial hearing February 26 and a trial date was set for March 6.

Gibson allegedly left two 11-year-old children unattended for several days around Christmas. The children were put in the custody of their grandparents.

A Fostoria woman is accused of leaving her children home alone for between 4 and 5 days. Police say 38-year-old Jacqueline Gibson was taken into custody Monday, and charged with two counts of child endangerment. She allegedly left her two 11-year-old children by themselves after getting mad at them in December.

The case was investigated shortly before Christmas. The children were placed in the care of their grandparents.

Gibson is being held in jail on a $10,000 bond.
