Two Injured In Hardin County Crash

3/31/14 – 5:23 A.M.

A one-car rollover crash injured two people in Hardin County Saturday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol reports 22-year-old Roger Parkins of McGuffey was driving south on State Route 195 near County Road 90 when he lost control. Parkins went off the left side of the road, hitting a ditch and overturning.

Alger Emergency Medical Service took Parkins and his passenger to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. His passenger, 68-year-old Jack Parkins, was not wearing a seatbelt. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
