Findlay School Custodians Get Raise

Custodians and grounds employees in the Findlay City School district are getting a raise for the upcoming school year. The school board had agreed to a 1 percent raise for the 2018-2019 school year, followed by a one-time $500 payment in October of 2019.

The new two-year agreement covers 45 employees in Local 175 of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees.

Starting hourly pay is now $16.97 for maintenance workers and $16.60 for custodians and grounds employees.
