Download our Mobile App and Alexa Skill!

With our newly updated WFIN mobile apps for iPhone and Android, you can take us with you, wherever you go! And now, you can listen to us on your Alexa device. You’ll hear Good Mornings with Chris Oaks and Brian Kilmeade, Dan Bongino and Dave Ramsey from your smartphone, tablet and Alexa devices. Plus, you’ll be able to stay up to date with the latest local news, weather forecasts, local high school sports and school closings.

And the best part… the apps and skills are absolutely free.

To install the WFIN app, just search for “WFIN” on the App Store, or Google Play Store. Install the new app and open to listen to Your News, Sports and Weather Authority, WFIN! In addition, you’ll see the latest news, weather, Facebook and Twitter posts. Check out the menu and discover all what WFIN has to offer.

For Alexa, search for WFIN under skills and enable the WFIN skill. New to Alexa? Pick up an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot and follow the instructions. You’ll soon be saying “Alexa, play thirteen thirty WFIN!” It’s that easy to enjoy WFIN in your home.

How to set up
your Echo

 

Follow these five easy steps.

Have your Wi-Fi password handy

You can also enable Bluetooth on your
phone for an easier setup experience.

Download the Amazon Alexa app

If you haven’t already, you can download the latest version of the Alexa app on your smartphone.

Plug in your Echo device

Plug in your Echo device into an outlet. In about a minute, Alexa will greet you and let you know to complete setup in the Alexa app.

Set up in the Alexa app

Open the Alexa app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. If you aren’t prompted to set up your device after opening the Alexa app, tap the More icon to add your device manually.

Get started, just ask Alexa

Once setup is complete, search for WFIN under Skills and Launch/Enable the WFIN skill. Then say:  “Alexa, play thirteen thirty WFIN!” It’s that easy to enjoy WFIN in your home. You’ll know Alexa is ready when the light ring turns blue.
