Program Helps Kids Express Feelings Effectively, Develop Coping Skills
(From Blanchard Valley Health System)
Although children and teens may appear less affected by the death of a loved one, they often carry many unspoken questions, fears, and worries. Grief Trails, through hands-on interactions with gentle horses and engaging activities, encourages participants to express their feelings more effectively and develop coping skills.
Two age groups are available — participants ages 6-12 will attend on Monday, July 20, and participants ages 13-18 will attend on Monday, August 3
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
