Findlay High School Offering Driver’s Ed Course Next School Year

(From Findlay High School)

We are excited to announce that Findlay High School has partnered with Cardinal Driving School to offer Driver’s Education as an elective course for the upcoming school year.

This semester-long course will take place daily from 2:00–3:00 PM and provides students with a comprehensive driver’s education experience. Students who successfully complete the course will earn ½ elective credit, along with fulfilling all required classroom instruction and in-car driving hours.

To be eligible for this course, students must be at least 15½ years old and possess a valid driver’s permit.

This is a great opportunity for students to gain the knowledge and practical experience needed to become safe and responsible drivers, at a significant rate reduction, all within the school setting. For more information on the class and how to apply, plan on attending the informational meeting.

Families who receive SNAP benefits may be eligible for a tuition scholarship, reducing the cost to $50.
