Applications now open for AgOne Leadership Development Program
Applications are now open for AgOne, a personalized leadership development program designed for individuals seeking to elevate their leadership impact within Ohio’s agriculture industry. Delivered by The Ohio State University College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences in partnership with the OSU Leadership Center, AgOne focuses entirely on developing the individual leader.
AgOne is a 12‑month, cohort‑based program that combines leadership assessments, one‑on‑one coaching, and in‑person and virtual workshops. Participants engage in a customized leadership journey that builds self‑awareness, strengthens leadership skills, and equips them to apply what they learn directly to real‑world professional challenges.
