Three People Injured With Two Critical After Two Car Crash

Three people were injured, two critically, in a Monday afternoon crash at the Hancock-Putnam County line. The Courier reports 48-year-old Audra Oglesbee of McComb was heading North on County Road 16 around 4:30 p.m. 49-year-old Mark Maag of Ottawa was driving his pickup truck on County Road 78 and failed to stop at the intersection. He struck the side of Oglesbee’s car.
Oglesbee was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital. Her passenger, 21-year-old Allison Hammond of McComb, was taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima for critical injuries. A medical helicopter took Maag to St. Rita’s as well with critical injuries.
