Tiffin Woman Dies After Jumping From Police Vehicle

A Tiffin woman is dead after she apparently tried to jump out of a moving vehicle as police officers were taking her to the Seneca County Jail. The Courier reports 35-year-old Jessica Poole died last Friday at Mercy St. Vincent Health Center in Toledo. A medical helicopter took her to the facility following an incident near the jail last Thursday.

Poole had a hearing scheduled in the Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court Friday afternoon. The Seneca County grand jury indicted Poole on three counts of trafficking in drugs last May.
