Did you eat, or will you eat what you wanted today? That is the big question on May 11. Paul celebrates Eat What You Want Afternoon every day on his drive home from work. Every day is the keyword, not one special day a year. Stopping for gas on his hour-long commute allows him the freedom of his choosing without mini-Shelly on his shoulder influencing his food choices. How do I know? Because he treats his car like a trash can. I hop in on a rogue trip to anywhere and see his food history come to life—empty wrappers, bags, and packaging like a post-tornado in a mini-mart. Let’s say enough food preservatives, additives, colorants, and processing to make the current food influencer craze cringe, even though he assures me it does his mind good.
