Guardians’ clutch 10th secures series win over division-leading Tigers

No series in May is ever a “must win,” but this weekend’s bout with the Tigers was an important matchup for the Guardians. Realistically, they needed to walk away with at least a split to head back to Cleveland feeling happy, to ensure they kept pace in the division.
