Bids Sought To Demolish North Main Street Building

Hancock County is advertising for bids to demolish two properties on North Main Street. The buildings in question are at the site of the former Karl Kuhlman body shop and B & T’s Asian Market. The county estimates it will cost around $150,000 to tear down the buildings.

The commissioners will open the bids on May 23rd. The project is part of the effort to reduce damage from future flooding.
