Blanchard River Levels Expected To Get Above Minor Flood Stage

We have seen plenty of rain and the National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Hancock and Putnam Counties. Right now the Blanchard River in Findlay is under the action stage. The river was last seen at around 7 feet at 4 a.m. which is below the action stage of 8 feet. The river is predicted to crest in the minor flood stage at 11.5 feet.
In Ottawa, the River was seen at over 15 feet at 4:30 a.m. Action stage is 20 feet for that area. The river is predicted to crest in the minor flood stage at 23.5 feet.
Eagle Creek above Findlay is in the minor flood stage at just over 9 feet and is predicted to crest by 8 a.m. at 9.3 feet. Lye Creek crested earlier this morning.
