Carey Man Injured In Wednesday Crash

A one-car crash injured a Carey man in Hancock County Wednesday afternoon. The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reports the accident happened on State Route 568, east of Findlay, around 2:40 p.m.

26-year-old Hannah Dennis was driving southeast when she drove off the road and hit a tree in the 18000 block of the highway. Her passenger, 27-year-old Brock Benjamin, went to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Deputies cited Dennis for failure to control.
