Drunk Driving Crackdown Planned

Drive Sober or get pulled over. That message will be in full force as the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will be part of a national enforcement campaign. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will sponsor the event August 20^th through September 6^th. In addition to zero tolerance measures, there will be a heightened awareness blitz to remind the public of the consequences of drunk driving.
