The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library is gearing up for several events in the coming weeks. Library director Jeff Winkle explained that this weekend they will have a book sale from the Friends of the Library.
Winkle said that the group charges very little for the books. The event will kick off on Thursday for members of the Friends of the Library. It will be open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.
The library will also be offering several cooking classes in November.
Winkle said that they will have a class on Mexican hot chocolate and sweet bread on November 8. The class starts at 4:30 p.m. and lasts until 5:30 p.m. in the Lindamood Room. There will also be another cooking class at the same time on December 13.
