Findlay Man Facing Assault Charge For Fight Behind Bar

A Findlay man is facing an assault charge stemming from a November fight behind the Walnut Saloon. The Hancock County grand jury indicted James Boyce on Tuesday.

Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle says the fight is not connected to a fatal incident behind the same bar last December. That incident led to the death of 53-year-old Gregory Hammer of Findlay. One person is facing charges in that case.
