Findlay Man Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charges
8/11/17 – 4:56 A.M.
A Findlay man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from an incident that exposed a Fostoria police officer to fentanyl in June. The Courier reports 27-year-old Logan Parrish faces a count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. Seneca County Common Pleas Judge Steve Shuff continued Parrish’s bond at $350,000 following a Thursday hearing.
Investigators say police officers found a large amount of fentanyl in Parrish’s car when they pulled him over on June 22. Officer Cory Brian apparently came into contact with the substance despite wearing protective gear. Brian became dizzy and nauseous and had to go the hospital as a result.
