Findlay Trojans Fall To Toledo St. Francis
The Findlay Trojans struggled to move the ball against St. Francis de Sales on Friday night and fell to the Knights by a score of 16-7.
In the first quarter backup QB Garit Krupp had a big run up the right sideline (below), but then a few plays later he got popped and fumbled the ball.
The Trojans trailed 13-0 at halftime.
In the fourth quarter, Krupp threw a bomb to Isaiah Moore that set up the Trojans on the 3-yard line and Krupp then scored to cut the Knights’ lead to 13-7.
But the Knights hit a long field goal and went on to win by a final of 16-7.
The Trojans, who are 2-4 on the season, travel to Clay this Friday in a game you can hear right here on WFIN.
