Fostoria Assessing Damage From Airport Hangar Fire

Officials in Fostoria are waiting for information from an insurance adjuster before they start the process of rebuilding an airport hangar. A fire destroyed the hangar, along with two airplanes and several motorcycles Sunday night. Mayor Eric Keckler says there isn’t a damage estimate yet.

An insurance adjuster visited the site Tuesday, and the state fire marshal’s office continues to investigate.

Keckler says the hangar served as the main repair shop. He adds he sure they’ll rebuild it.
