Hancock County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Jewelry Theft

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office is looking into a reported jewelry theft from a rural McComb home. A resident at 6974 State Route 235 says someone took around $40,000 worth of jewelry Thursday. She says she kept some jewelry on her nightstand and some at her bank. The thief allegedly took rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
