Man Sentenced To Prison For Armed Robbery At Findlay Restaurant
A Findlay man is heading to prison for an armed robbery at a restaurant and a separate felony offense.
The Courier is reporting that Deven J. Tackett, 26, was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison for robbing Keith’s Dugout and 10 months for misuse of credit cards.
The sentences will be served concurrently.
The paper is reporting that Danny R. Scarberry Jr., 52, of Findlay, was indicted over the summer for aggravated robbery in connection with the October 2015 robbery at Keith’s Dugout.
Police said the crime was committed by two men, one of whom had a hatchet and the other a gun.
