Marion Township Residents Concerned About Possible Development On Findlay’s North Side

Some Marion Township residents on Findlays north side have concerns about the potential rezoning of land across from their homes. The group talked to the Findlay Planning Commission Thursday morning

The residents also voiced opposition to placing wind turbines on the property at the southeast corner of East Bigelow and Crystal avenues.

City planning approved the recommendation to rezone the property to light industrial. Its currently zoned for residential in Marion Township. The city is annexing the land at the request of the property owner.

Findlay city council has to approve the rezoning before finalizing it.
