Mayor Charged With Pandering Obscenity Involving A Minor

(ONN) – The mayor of a town near Lima is accused of recording teenage girls undressing.

Mayor Phillip Briggs of Spencerville was arraigned in Lima Municipal Court on charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office says the two girls are his girlfriend’s daughters.

Briggs was being held at the Allen County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
