McComb Officials Get Update On Former Bennett’s Furniture Location

Inspectors have deemed a vacant building in McComb “structurally sound.” Village Council members learned more about the former Bennett’s Furniture Town location Monday. Officials have worried about safety issues surrounding the building. They added that they need to address cosmetic issues with the store’s outside appearance.

Council members say the building has to meet codes before its owners can sell it or auction it off.
