North Baltimore Approves Upgrades To Sports Complex

The North Baltimore School District is moving forward with upgrades to its sports complex. The school board agreed to a contract with Helms Construction during their Tuesday meeting. The district will pay $387,500 for another parking lot, a ticket booth, and for fencing around the baseball and softball fields.
