Pedestrian Hit By Car In Findlay
The Findlay Police Department says a pedestrian was hit by a car in downtown Findlay.
It happened at South Main Street and West Main Cross Street at around 10 o’clock Saturday night.
Police say Linda Mcrill, of Findlay, was turning northbound onto South Main Street from West Main Cross when she struck a pedestrian that was walking eastbound in the crosswalk.
The impact picked the pedestrian, Gary Brechbill, of Pennsylvania, up onto the hood of the car and then they were launched away from the car, according to police.
The pedestrian was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for possible neck and spine injuries.
Police say Mcrill was issued a right-of-way citation.
