Putnam County Village Applying For Grant Money

The Putnam County Commissioners are trying to help get funding for proposed projects in Continental. The Lima News reports the commissioners voted Tuesday to submit a Neighborhood Revitalization Community Development Block Grant application for the village.

If Continental gets the $500,000 grant, the village will use the money to repave roads and fix sidewalks. They would also replace equipment in Sparling Park.
