Road Work Planned In Two Putnam County Locations

You’ll see lane restrictions on a couple of Putnam County highways this week. ODOT says crews are restricting traffic on State Route 12 between the Hancock County line and State Route 115. You’ll also see tarring and chipping work on State Route 696 from State Route 12 to the Allen County line.
