Sheriff’s Office Looking For More Information On Murder Of Danielle Rice
2/15/18 – 5:07 A.M.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office is looking for anyone who might have seen a murder victim the weekend she died. Detective Jason Seem tells the Courier they need anyone in contact with Danielle Rice the weekend of February 2 to come forward and talk to investigators.
Seem believes Rice was alive at some point between when she first disappeared on the morning of February 2 and the time deputies found her body on February 4. Rice’s body was wrapped in two garbage bags and found in a ditch along Cass Township Road 215, north of Findlay.
Deputies don’t think Rice died where they found her body. There was no sign of a struggle.
Anyone with information should call the sheriff’s office at (419)424-7097 or Hancock County Crime Stoppers at (419)425-8477.
