Texas Man Injured In Weekend Crash

A one-car crash injured a Texas man in Hancock County over the weekend. The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened on State Route 12 near Marion Township Road 238 around 2:20 a.m. Saturday.

38-year-old Phillip Roberts of El Paso, Texas was driving southwest when he tried to pass another car. He ended up losing control and going off the road. His car rolled several times before coming to a stop. Hanco EMS took Roberts to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
