Three Arrested Following High Speed Chase In Seneca County

Authorities arrested three people following a high-speed chase in Seneca County Monday afternoon. The Advertiser-Tribune reports the incident involved police officers in Tiffin and Hopewell Township. Officers arrested Cyle Carter and Constance Norman of Tiffin, and Robert Norville Jr. of New Riegel when the chase ended on Township Road 109 near Bascom.

Authorities issued arrest warrants for Carter and Norville on burglary and assault charges last month.
