Two Injured In Crash Neat Mount Blanchard Thursday

An allegedly drunk driver caused a two-car crash near Mount Blanchard Thursday night. The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office says 64-year-old John Bond Jr. was driving a pickup truck west on County Road 4 near County Road 193 when he went left of center and hit a car driven by 54-year-old Randall Bouillon on New Riegel. The crash happened around 7:45 p.m.

Hanco EMS took Bouillon and his passenger, 60-year-old Michiko Bouillon, for treatment of unknown injuries.

Bond suffered minor injuries in the crash. Deputies cited him for OVI and a marked lanes violation.
