Wood County Man Sentenced On Rape Charges

A Wood County man pleaded guilty to five counts of rape last week. The Sentinel-Tribune reports 22-year-old Dakoda Bullis of Weston will serve four consecutive life sentences.

The Wood County grand jury indicted Bullis over the summer. According to the indictment, two counts involved a victim between 6 and 7-years-old. Another victim was 9-years-old at the time. The incidents took place between October of 2013 and July 1 of this year.

Despite the life sentence, Bullis is eligible for parole in 40 years.
