Men Wanted On Kidnapping And Rape Charges Involving Children In Bowling Green

The Bowling Green Police Division is investigating an alleged kidnapping and sexual assault. The Sentinel-Tribune reports that the alleged victims are thirteen and fourteen-years-old. Police have arrested one suspect, Simon Juan of Guatemala, for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He is at the Wood County Justice Center.

There are three other suspects allegedly involved in the incident. Officers have identified them as David Ramos Conteras of Mexico, and Juan Garcia Rios Adiel and Arnulfo Ramos. Nationwide arrest warrants have been issued for the men on two counts of kidnapping and rape.
