Trial Set For Two Women Charged In Hilty Home Death

The two women charged in connection to the elderly woman who froze to death in January are going to be tried at the same time. WLIO reports that a Putnam County Grand Jury indicted 20-year-old Destani Fenbert and 36-year-old Rachel Friesel. The charges include involuntary manslaughter, forgery, gross patient neglect, and patient neglect. Their cases are scheduled for September 10th and the trial is expected to last three days.
