Arcadia Fifth-Graders Helping Village Earn Tree City U.S.A. Status

Fifth-grade students in Arcadia are pitching in to help beautify the village. The students are planting a tree near South Main Street today. The effort will help Arcadia earn a Tree City U.S.A. designation.
