BVHS Has Plans For New Medical Clinic In Carey

Plans are in the works for a new medical clinic in Carey. The Courier reports Blanchard Valley Health Systems wants to build a facility near the U.S. 23 and State Route 15 interchange. The Carey Planning Commission recommended a lot split and zoning designation for 15 acres during a Tuesday meeting.

The new clinic would replace an existing facility owned by BVHS on West South Street, which is landlocked in a residential neighborhood.

Carey Village Council members will vote on the recommendation at a future meeting.
