Crime Victim Services Of Allen And Putnam Counties Wins State Awards

Crime Victim Services of Allen and Putnam counties recently received two big awards. WLIO-TV reports the Ohio Victim Witness Association gave the agency the Program of the Year award during a ceremony last week. The agency’s Ryn Farmer also received the Future Leader award.
