Findlay Businessman Pleads Guilty To Charges Stemming From Rape Investigation

A Findlay businessman has pleaded guilty to several charges stemming from a rape investigation. 39-year-old Michael Lewis appeared in court Thursday. The owner of Partitions Plus pleaded guilty to counts of aggravated burglary, assault, and abduction.
The indictment in the case accused Lewis of trespassing in a Findlay woman’s home and forcing her to engage in sexual activity. The victim agreed to prosecutors dropping a rape charge. She also agreed to the prosecution changing a kidnapping charge to a count of abduction.
The victim plans to speak at the sentencing hearing on May 23.
