Findlay Gas Station Robbed At Knifepoint
A Findlay gas station was robbed by a suspect with a knife.
The Findlay Police Department says it happened at about 5:20 Wednesday morning at the S&G gas station at 800 West Trenton Avenue.
Police say a man entered the gas station, walked straight up to the cash register, around the counter and pulled out a long knife.
He told the clerk to open the register and she complied.
The suspect grabbed some cash and left the store on foot heading north.
The clerk was not injured.
The suspect is described as a white man, standing about five feet ten inches tall with a medium build.
He was wearing a black ski mask, a green and black flannel jacket, jeans and black gloves.
The clerk said the suspect appeared to have wrinkles around his eyes.
Police officers checked the area but the suspect was not located.
