Findlay Man Facing Child Pornography Charges

A Findlay man is facing charges stemming from a child pornography arrest. The Hancock County grand jury recently indicted 42-year-old Robert Sams on 15 counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.
Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle says Sams had “child pornography in the form of both videos and photos” on a device in his home. Riegle says Sams downloaded the material from the internet.
